CRMFIRST receives kununu Top Company seal again
After being recognized as a Top Company in 2024, CRMFIRST is once again receiving the kununu Top Company Award for its outstanding corporate culture. Kununu is one of the leading online platforms for employer reviews in German-speaking countries. The platform allows employees, trainees, and applicants to anonymously rate their company and its application process.
Only approximately five percent of all companies on kununu are recognized as a Top Company annually. This makes CRMFIRST one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany.
“We congratulate CRMFIRST on once again receiving the Top Company seal,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “This award is only given to five percent of companies that have received particularly positive reviews on kununu. It represents recognition and appreciation and sends a strong signal to potential applicants. Furthermore, the seal not only has an external impact but also strengthens the corporate culture. 52 percent of seal purchasers received feedback from their employees about the award – 77 percent of this feedback was explicitly positive.”
To qualify for the kununu Top Company 2025 seal, a company must meet the following criteria:
- At least seven employee reviews since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.
- A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5), both overall and in employee reviews.
- The employee review score must be at least 3.8 stars in the past 12 months.
- At least two new reviews in the past 12 months. An updated review also counts as a new review.
