CRMFIRST GmbH, a subsidiary of libracon GmbH, has been a leading provider of consultation and implementation services for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems since 2001. With the aim of aiding mid-sized and large corporations in the deployment of effective CRM solutions, CRMFIRST was founded in 2016 to meet the rapidly growing demand for Microsoft Dynamics. Within the libracon Group, CRMFIRST is now responsible for all Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects and their respective cloud services.

Thorsten Thiede (CEO)
Since 2016, Thorsten Thiede has been the managing partner of libracon GmbH as well as the managing director of CRMFIRST GmbH. In his role, he is responsible for all commercial activities of the libracon group of companies.
Before his work for libracon, Thorsten Thiede served in various roles, including sales director and managing director at IT system integrators, as well as Senior Vice President EMEA for the world’s largest reseller of Microsoft products and services. From 2011 to 2016, he was a co-founder and CEO of a consulting and implementation company in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM sector.
Thorsten Bleifeld (CTO)
Thorsten Bleifeld is the founder and managing partner of the libracon group of companies and managing director of CRMFIRST GmbH. Since the company’s inception in 2001, he has been responsible for all technical activities of the libracon group.
Prior to founding his own company, Thorsten Bleifeld worked in various roles at CRM system houses, building a solid knowledge in the area of CRM software and projects. The supervision of new projects as well as existing customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are as much a focus of his work as are international projects.
