CRMFIRST GmbH, a subsidiary of libracon GmbH, has been a leading provider of consulting and implementation services for customer relationship management (CRM) systems since 2001. With the aim of supporting medium-sized and large companies in the introduction of effective CRM solutions, CRMFIRST was founded in 2016 to meet the rapidly growing business with Microsoft Dynamics. Within the libracon Group, CRMFIRST is now responsible for all Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects and the corresponding cloud services.

As a specialized consulting and implementation company for selected industries, such as the financial sector, CRMFIRST focuses on the introduction of customer engagement strategies. Thorsten Thiede (CEO)

Thorsten Thiede has been Managing Partner of libracon GmbH and Managing Director of CRMFIRST GmbH since 2016. He is responsible for all commercial activities of the libracon group of companies.

What shaped Thorsten Thiede’s approach to Microsoft-based CRM solutions?

Before joining libracon, Thorsten Thiede worked as Sales Director and Managing Director for IT system integrators and as Senior Vice President EMEA for the world’s largest reseller of Microsoft products and services.

From 2011 to 2016, he was co-founder and CEO of a consulting and implementation company in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM sector.

Thorsten Bleifeld (CTO)

Thorsten Bleifeld is the founder and managing partner of the libracon group of companies and managing director of CRMFIRST GmbH.

He has been responsible for all technical activities since the company was founded.

What key experience did Thorsten Bleifeld gain before founding the company?

Before founding his own company, Thorsten Bleifeld worked in various roles at CRM system houses and was thus able to build up a sound and extensive knowledge of CRM software and projects.

Supporting new projects and our existing customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is just as much a focus of his work as supporting our international projects.
