Our new supplementary contract automation recognisesrelevant changes in the main contract, automatically creating the appropriate supplementary contract. In doing so, all important conditions are adopted, and the new contract is linked directly with the original. This enables you to always maintain an overview. The entire process runs automatically, saving you time and manual work.

Approval information -all the facts at a glance

When a request for approval is submitted, the decision-makers receives all the relevant contract details directly in their email inbox, including information on the contractual partner, volume, term and other conditions. This information provides a comprehensive basis for the approval decision, eliminating the need for a system login. Approval can be granted directly from the email.

Process visualization -Graphical representation of approval and signature processes

The process visualization shows the status of the approval and signature processes for each contract in a graphical format. The visualization clearly shows which phase the contract is in and the next steps. Processes that are taking particularly long are highlighted.

Qualified electronic signature -legally compliant and secure

With a qualified electronic signature, you can legally and securely sign documents digitally in accordance with EU and German law. Identity verification ensures that only authorisedindividuals can sign. Each step is automatically documented to ensure all traceability requirements are met. Authorities, banks and companies recognisethe qualified electronic signature, and it can be used for formal contracts that require this form of signature.

Sequence selection -now also for simplified signature procedures

In response to demand from our customers, we now also offer sequential signature procedures for the simplified signature scenario. With sequence selection, you can determine the order in which participants sign, whether one after the other, in parallel, or in complex combinations. The system automatically controls the process and ensures that each person receives the correct documents at the appropriate time.

Cancel & restart - flexibly adapt processes

You can now make changes to the current signing process at any time. You can cancel, modify, or restart the process at any time. The system also automatically ends the process when the signing deadline expires. When you restart the process, it starts from the beginning to ensure that everyone involved is working with the latest data. This allows you to remain flexible and able to act, even with complex contracts.

NNew termination process

Terminations are made via a separate, clearly managed process. Rather than using the standard contract form, a dedicated screen is used that systematically requests all relevant information, such as the termination type, initiator, date, and legal details. A termination is only considered complete once all fields have been filled in and the action has been confirmed.

Problem note -recognize risks early

proCONTRACTS automatically notifies you of any issues with a contract record when you open it. Notifications appear directly in the notification bar, allowing you to immediately identify where action is required. This feature helps you avoid overlooked risks without any additional effort.
